Is the Free plan really free?
Yes — it is a plan, not a trial. 3 services, unlimited orders, your public storefront, the client portal, and manual bank-transfer payments, forever, with no card on file.Does Serront take a cut of my sales?
No. You pay one flat monthly price per workspace. Bank-transfer payments go straight to your account. The optional Payment and Marketing modules carry a 0.3% platform module fee on the orders they process — a fee for the module, not a commission on your sales.How does billing work?
Paid plans are billed in IDR through a Plugipay hosted checkout — QRIS, virtual account, e-wallet, or card. Each payment covers 30 days; we never auto-charge a stored card. If you don’t renew, your workspace falls back to the Free plan.Can my team share a workspace?
Yes. Agent seats per plan: 1 on Free, 2 on Starter, 5 on Growth, 15 on Business. Teammates sign in with the shared Forjio account system (Huudis) and are managed from the Workspaces page.What happens if I downgrade?
Nothing is deleted — services, orders, and your storefront stay. Free-plan limits apply to new actions: creating services past the Free limit, hiding Serront branding, and enabling modules need a paid plan again.
